Documentary producer

Stefano Strocchi was born in Torino, Italy in 1975.
He studied at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, where he graduated in Fine Arts and Film Studies in 2001.
Since then he lives in Italy where he started working in documentary production at Stefilm International in Torino. Here he discovered and cultivated his strong passion for storytelling through reality.

He has been the producer for Building the Winter Games (Stefilm for Discovery Channel Europe), Doctor Ice a Stefilm production for ZDF/ARTE (Germania/Francia), See you in My place , Italian Episode produced by ALMA films Tel Aviv for Keshet Networks (Israel) and the production manager for Citizen Berlusconi by Susan Gray ed Andrea Cairola (Stefilm - WideAngle/PBS - USA) and Uncorked in Italy, series for National Geographic Channel .

His first documentary film as author/director titled OVERBOOKED was produced in 2007 by Stefilm in co-production with ITVS International (USA) and will premiere in 2008 on PBS World.
